Summary:

** Responsible for managing special projects from planning to implementation, to ensure the high quality results are delivered using the applicable and suitable best solutions for operation improvement.

*** Conduct assessment/ diagnostics to determine which areas that need improvements.
* Seek for solutions that match the existing problems to turn around conditions to get better production results.
* Create specific project plan, timeline, scope, project structure, and the roles of team members.
* Give clear directions, instructions, and decisions to team members and stakeholders to enable them carryout their duties effectively.
* Identify daily issues/ risks during the implementation and escalate to Head of Agronomy & Mechanization.
* Oversee project implementation to ensure completion in accordance with objectives, time and costs.
* Develop a replanting & mature division model to showcase future mechanization and automation for effective management with cost efficiency.
* Optimizing trial of initiatives related to mechanization and automatization in the assigned estates/ divisions.
* Ensure that knowledge from the implemented initiatives are codified, reviewed and evaluated.
* Maintain good communication with estate stakeholders (VPA, RC, Manager) to ensure all projects and initiatives in trial division run successfully.**“Our company has never levied any fees for recruitment process nor has it required to order tickets and accommodation through a certain travel agent or certain person”
