Responsibilities
- Monitor, control, and evaluate ongoing programs/projects
- Coordinate with all parties to ensure processes adhere to SLAs
- Provide reports and analyses to the VP of Operations
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve company goals and targets
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputable university, either domestic or international
- 30-40 years old
- Experience working in startups
- Experience in Project Management/Business Development is a plus
- At least 5 years of experience leading a team
- Strong adaptability and resilience under pressure
