PC Supervisor

• Supervise product receipt and shipment of products according to procedure as laid out in the QA procedures and SOP.
• To maintain and update all operation records regarding product receive and release.
• Manages and prioritizes multiple tasks to ensure Customer requirements for processing and delivery are completed timely.
• To assist load and unload of vehicles and perform general movement of goods in factory.
• To report any non-conformance found on products upon receipt, prior shipment and post-irradiation to immediate superior and quarantine as per SOP.
• To assist in the organization of the warehouse to maximize the useable space and ensure all batches to be processed or dispatched can be clearly identified.
• All other responsibilities that commensurate with his experience and qualification as assigned by his superior

• To construct loads for dispatch as instructed.
• As required to assist with the loading/unloading of vehicles and general movements of good around the site and processing into machine.
• To perform any reasonable request by superior in respect of the efficient running of the site.
• Contributes to maintaining a safe and clean working environment and reporting any unsafe conditions to facility management.
• Protect confidential information by properly storing, retrieving, and disseminating such information only to those authorized.
• Exhibits a commitment to the AST shared values of Customer Satisfaction and Continuous Improvement through ensuring defect-free workmanship, assisting others to meet the Customer’s needs, searching for efficient and effective ways to reduce waste, being active and accountable for Customer satisfaction, and satisfying the Customer’s needs with a sense of urgency.

High School Diploma or GED

• Qualification:
  
  Diploma with 5 years working experience or SPM with 10 years working experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in forklift handling and supervising subordinates.
• Basic proficiency in both Bahasa Malaysia & English.
• Good communication skills with internal and external parties
