Location: Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta

Head of Supply Chain Operations at Tentang Anak. The role oversees logistics and supply chain operations with a focus on supply and demand planning, third-party warehouse and transportation operations, and vendor relationships. The ideal candidate has FMCG experience and a proven track record in logistics management.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage end-to-end logistics operations, including supply chain planning, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Develop and implement supply and demand planning strategies to ensure product availability and minimize stockouts or excess inventory.
  • Collaborate with third-party warehouses and logistics vendors to ensure efficient storage, handling, and transportation of products.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with logistics service providers to optimize cost-effectiveness while ensuring high service levels.
  • Analyze logistics data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and implement operational efficiencies.
  • Manage and forecast inventory needs in alignment with business demand, market trends, and promotional activities.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Sales, and Marketing, to ensure seamless coordination between logistics and other business areas.
  • Develop risk management strategies to address potential supply chain disruptions.
  • Lead and mentor the logistics team, fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with a focus on FMCG industries.
  • Strong experience in supply and demand planning, with a proven ability to optimize inventory levels.
  • Experience working with third-party logistics providers, warehouses, and vendors.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage vendor relationships effectively.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a sharp focus on operational details.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with logistics software and supply chain management tools.
