• Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for Sourcing & Procurement solutions
• Gather and translate business needs from Corporate Sourcing, Purchasing, and Supply Chain teams (formulation, analytical, preclinical) into clear IT product requirements
• Manage the full product lifecycle—from ideation, prototyping, validation, to launch and post-implementation review
• Ensure that all Procurement & Order Fulfillment systems meet compliance standards
• Oversee integration of digital tools with other enterprise systems (ERP, Integrated Planning, etc.)
• Define KPIs and success metrics to track product performance and user satisfaction
• Propose digital transformation solutions and design architecture that can shorten the Procurement & Order Fulfillment flow

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 6 years of experience in IT product management, business analysis, or digital transformation
• Experience using Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Familiarity with Sourcing & Procurement business processes and solutions is a plus
• Knowledge of system integration with ERP and Integrated Planning
• Understanding of cloud technologies, APIs, and data governance practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex scientific processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in cross-functional settings (Corporate Sourcing, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Demand Supply Planning, Inventory)
• Agile mindset, able to work in iterative development cycles and manage changing priorities
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to compliance, quality, and data integrity
