Automate the Mundane

• Reduce spreadsheet dependency by designing smart processes and automation.
• Utilize advanced Google Sheets, complex formulas, and Apps Script to eliminate repetitive tasks.
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude.ai) to generate code and optimize workflows.

Own the Financial Stack

• Take full ownership of our in‑house financial systems and lead their enhancement.
• Work closely with Engineering to identify improvements and implement scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot system issues and create clear, robust process maps and guides.
• Lead cross‑functional finance initiatives and new launch reporting.
• Define success criteria for system implementations and ensure they land successfully.
• Support the team with ad‑hoc accounting tasks (reconciliations, payroll support) to keep the engine running smoothly.

• Experience: 3‑8 years in Operations/Systems Management (workflow automation, ERP integration), preferably within a finance context.
• The “Hybrid” Brain: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Finance/Accounting.
• Tech Savvy: Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (Macros, Apps Script) is a must. Familiarity with using AI for code generation and process automation is highly desired.
• System Mindset: Prioritize scalable solutions over ad‑hoc fixes and have a strong understanding of ERP implementation.
