Quantitative Strategy Developer (Crypto HFT)

Remote (EMEA, UAE, APAC, Oceania)

We are a confidential high-frequency trading firm running systematic, fully automated strategies in liquid crypto markets. The role is strategy-led and hands-on
, combining quantitative research with production-grade C++ and Python development.

Design, implement, and optimise high-frequency trading and market-making strategies. You will own strategy logic end-to-end from research and backtesting to live deployment and optimisation.

• Research and develop HFT and market-making strategies
• Implement strategies in C++ (low-latency) and Python (research & tooling)
• Analyse tick-level market data and market microstructure
• Build and maintain backtests, simulations, and performance analysis
• Optimise execution, inventory, and risk controls
• Monitor and iterate on live strategies

• Experience developing HFT or market-making strategies (crypto or traditional markets)
• Strong C++ for performance-critical systems on Linux
• Strong Python for research and analysis
• Solid understanding of market microstructure and execution costs
• Experience working with high-frequency market data

• Crypto market structure experience
• C++ performance profiling and optimisation
• Low-latency or distributed trading systems experience
