AI Automations Engineer

Overview

We’re hiring an AI Automations Engineer s role focuses on building scalable automation systems and AI-agent workflows that improve efficiency, tracking, and performance across the business.

Annual Bonus

• Design, build, and maintain automation workflows using n8n, , and Zapier
• Build and deploy AI agents that can take actions across systems (routing, enrichment, follow-ups, task creation, reporting)
• Integrate and automate CRM + marketing operations using Go High Level  and Hub Spot
• Connect APIs and tools to create reliable pipelines (webhooks, triggers, error handling, retries, logging)
• Create structured data flows to improve metrics, attribution, and reporting
• Optimize for speed, reliability, and maintainability across automations
• Document workflows clearly (so the team can understand, troubleshoot, and expand them)
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations to translate business needs into automation systems

• Proven experience building automation systems using n8n and/or  and/or Zapier
• Strong experience integrating CRMs, especially Go High Level  and/or Hub Spot
• Experience building AI workflows / AI agents (prompting, tool use, structured outputs, guardrails)
• Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, JSON, and common auth methods (API keys / OAuth)
• Strong debugging skills and ability to independently troubleshoot production issues
• Able to work independently in a remote environment with clear communication and ownership
• Good English communication skills are required. Candidates without sufficient English proficiency will not be considered.

• Experience with lead gen automations, lifecycle messaging, routing, and CRM pipeline automation
• Familiarity with databases/airtable/sheets style systems, enrichment tools, and analytics tracking
• Experience setting up monitoring/alerts for automations (failures, latency, retries, SLA-type thinking)
