We are looking for a Division
Head of Integration & Solution Support to lead end-to-end system integration, solution design, and production support for Open Banking and EDC services
.
This role is critical in ensuring seamless integration between business, technology, partners, and regulators, while maintaining system stability, scalability, and compliance across digital payment ecosystems.
The position requires strong leadership, deep understanding of banking integration architecture, and hands‑on experience in managing mission‑critical payment systems.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee end-to-end system integration for Open Banking and payment services, including:
- Open Banking / SNAP API
- QRIS (Issuer & Acquirer)
- EDC (Debit purchase, mini
ATM and soundbox) - Virtual Account, Disbursement and Cash Management
- Partner and merchant integrations
Define and maintain integration architecture, standards, and best practices across channels and systems.
Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of integration platforms and middleware.
Lead response during major incidents impacting transaction processing or partner services.
Ensure proper monitoring, logging, reconciliation, and alerting mechanisms are in place.
Act as the primary integration focal point for:
- Internal teams (IT, Product, Operations, Business, Support)
- External partners (fintech, switching, EDC vendors, network principals)
- Regulators and industry associations (BI, ASPI, OJK)
Support product and business teams in partner onboarding, certification, and go‑live activities.
Maintain proper documentation (UAT, PAT, audit trail, and operational procedures).
Lead and develop teams responsible for:
- System integration
- API & middleware
- Solution support
Establish clear roles, KPIs, and escalation paths.
Drive continuous improvement in delivery speed, system quality, and operational resilience.
RequirementsBachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
8+ years of experience in banking, fintech, or payment systems, with:
- Strong background in system integration
- Hands‑on exposure to Open Banking, EDC, or digital payment platforms
- Highvolume transaction systems
- Production support for mission‑critical services
Strong understanding of:
- SNAP Open Banking
- QRIS & EDC acquiring
- Payment switching, settlement, and reconciliation
Solid knowledge of security, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Able to translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
