• Support unsecured retail lending Risk Strategy team to optimize portfolio quality, business growth and profitability.
• Perform analytics exercises and testing to continuously improve risk strategies.
• Assist risk system parameter changes based on sound analysis.
• Collaborate with cross functions to ensure smooth strategy execution.
• Organize documentation and log of risk strategy changes.
• Participate in development of risk related reporting automation and other ad hoc projects.
• Escalate key risk issues to Senior Management to allow timely risk mitigation.

• Support unsecured retail lending Risk Strategy team to optimize portfolio quality, business growth and profitability.

• Proficiency in data science programming languages such as SQL or Python or R.
• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree from reputable universities, with major in Computer Science, Information System, IT, Informatics, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuary, Engineering or any other similar fields.
• Fluency in English both in written & verbal. Chinese is a plus.
• Flexibility of travelling and attending up to 6 months training outside of Indonesia.
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
