ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Enterprise Consultant, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end implementation and strategic engagement with Jubelio’s warehouse and fulfillment partners. You will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise-level clients, ensuring smooth onboarding, operational excellence, and continuous business growth through data-driven consultation and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the implementation and onboarding process for warehouse and enterprise clients, ensuring seamless system adoption and integration.
- Conduct business needs assessments and translate partner requirements into optimized system configurations and workflows.
- Provide strategic consultation to partners on how to improve operational efficiency, process automation, and business performance using Jubelio’s solutions.
- Facilitate quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with key partners to evaluate performance metrics, identify improvement areas, and align future strategies.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with warehouse and fulfillment partners, serving as their main point of contact for both technical and business discussions.
- Document and communicate system enhancement requests or process improvement recommendations based on partner feedback and operational insights.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Technical Support, and Account Management) to ensure partner satisfaction and successful solution delivery.
- Continuously stay informed about e-commerce, logistics, and warehouse management trends to offer valuable insights to partners.
Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field).
2–4 years of experience in Implementation, Business Consulting, Customer Success, or Partner Management — preferably within Warehouse Management, Fulfillment, or E-commerce industries.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, supply chain workflows, and system integration concepts.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills — able to engage confidently with both technical and executive stakeholders.
- Proven ability to conduct business reviews and deliver strategic recommendations that drive measurable improvement.
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple enterprise accounts concurrently.
- Customer-focused mindset with a consultative approach and passion for helping partners scale their business.
- Collaborative team player with strong time management and stakeholder coordination abilities.
