Summary:

*** Perform analysis of business process and technical solution during the development, implementation, and run and maintain support of SAP CO Modules.
*
* Job Description:

*** Support business users and project functional team in analysis of business process and solution in the development, implementation, and support of SAP CO module. This role uses consulting skills, business knowledge, and SAP solution expertise to effectively integrate SAP technology into the business user’s business environment in order to achieve client expected business results.
* Identify and analyze business requirements for creative and innovative IT solutions based on business needs and strategic requirements.
* Design, develop and configure the SAP system based on confirmed user requirements, putting importance on the efficiency and effectiveness according to the project timeline.
* Translate business requirements into Functional Specification which serves as a basis in the development of the solution, which consists of functional requirements and specifications of customized programs to be developed by SAP Application Development team.
* Alignment design and standard to the System Architecture and to collaborate to make sure the system security and control measure are implemented properly in the system.
* Liaise with external parties to resolve issues where necessary; eg. SAP or System Implementer.
* Provide status update on assigned tasks to Project Functional Team of the corresponding module.
* Deliverables must adhere to all assurance and compliance requirements of project (i.e. project management framework)
* Perform unit test and together with testing team, to support the integration test, as well as coordinate users’ acceptance test for resolved issues.
* Prepare training materials and conduct SAP system training to system users.
* Coordinate data cleansing activities and perform data upload into SAP system as part of data conversion activities.
* Develop SAP authorization matrix for SAP end users.
* Manage relationship with business users to ensure satisfactory SAP Functional support services.
* Perform transfer knowledge to SAP Service Desk, Trainer and other System Support
* Share best-practices and cross-train other team members in SAP applications skills.

* Job Requirements:

*** Bachelor’s degree in information technology / business admin related field or equivalent experience .
* Candidates must have between 3-5 years of relevant experience in SAP CO Module development or implementation (CO-OM, CO-PC, CO-PA).
* 2-3 full cycle implementations in SAP CO.
* Possesses technical and analytical skills in systems configurations and reports development on SAP applications.
* Have experience in gathering and documenting functional requirement.
* Have experience involving in design, planning and implementing end to end solutions.
* Have experience as integration solution S4

HANA with others modules and another system.
* Proficient in English.
* Have ability as business consultant.
* Good communication skill.
