Financial Industry IT Senior Consultant

Manage the project by leading PM tasks such as entire project planning, progress management, project execution, and issue management.

Be involved with end-to-end sales activities with support from our Indonesia management team and global/regional Asset Finance team.

Lead consulting service delivery as an engagement manager.

Facilitate meetings with clients, internal teams, and support sales activities and opportunity creation.

• Manage projects by leading project management tasks including planning, progress, execution, and issue resolution.
• Participate in end-to-end sales activities with support from management teams.

• Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in leasing, auto-finance, or related consulting fields.
• Experience in financial services projects such as digital transformation, IFRS assessment, regulatory reporting, due diligence, PMO, and system implementation.
• Deep understanding of leasing or auto finance business operations.
• Solid experience with sales activities including proposal creation and presentations.
• Good communication and facilitation skills.
• Business-level English communication skills.

• Understanding and hands-on experience with SDLC and system implementation.
• Extensive experience with leasing or auto finance core applications.
• Business-level Japanese communication skills.
