• Analyze logistics business requirements (warehousing, transportation, forwarding, supply chain) and design suitable IT solutions.
• Develop, implement, and maintain logistics systems such as:

Warehouse Management System (WMS), Transportation Management System (TMS), Freight Forwarding System ERP/SAP integration.

• Enhance operational efficiency by automating manual processes (shipment tracking, delivery orders, billing, reporting).
• Provide technical support for operations, customer service, and management teams regarding logistics systems.
• Integrate internal systems with external platforms (customer portals, e-commerce platforms, customs systems, tracking APIs).
• Monitor system performance to ensure smooth supply chain operations (real‑time tracking, inventory accuracy, on‑time delivery).
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in logistics applications and system integrations.
• Prepare data‑driven analytics and reports (inventory turnover, delivery lead time, operational cost efficiency).
• Stay updated on the latest logistics technologies (IoT, AI, big data, automation) and recommend system improvements or innovations.

Qualification:

• Experience at least 3 years in IT Developer/ IT Support
• Mandarin speaking will be a plus
• Proficiency using Warehouse Management System (WMS), Transportation Management System (TMS), Freight Forwarding System ERP/SAP integration.
• Need to have knowledge of warehousing or distribution related business
• Able to provide operational and system solutions for the operations department.
