Job Description

• Strategic Planning and Leadership
  • Develop and implement the SAP roadmap aligned with organizational strategies.
  • Lead SAP projects, including upgrades, rollouts, and implementations.
  • Manage the SAP team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• System Implementation and Maintenance
  • Oversee the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP modules (e.g., FICO, MM, SD, HCM, etc.).
  • Ensure SAP systems are optimized for performance and scalability.
  • Manage system upgrades, patches, and integrations with third-party applications.
• Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and align SAP solutions with operational needs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure user training and support for SAP systems.
• Project Management
  • Define project scopes, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to SAP initiatives.
• Compliance and Security
  • Ensure SAP systems adhere to organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Have Experience 2 times Full Cycle SAP Implementation
• SAP Global Certified
• Expert SAP Module FICO / MM / SD/ CS
• Positive mindset and result-oriented
• Ability to work in long hour within team and individually
• Effective communication and high standards of accuracy
• Highly analytical skill
• Excellent communication and collaboration skill
