Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the core team, ensuring that our product and solutions delivered to customers are designed and developed with highly scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems that meet or exceed expectations. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to help our customers accelerate time to value and drive rapid digital experiences.

• A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Engineering or other relevant majors
• Minimum 2 years of experience as business analyst or system analyst
• Fast learner with good attention to details and ability to understand complex business processes
• Proficient in Business Requirement Documentation
• Familiar with Flowcharts + ERD + UML
• Knowledge of Database Concept and Query is essential
• Knowledge of Data Engineering / Data Analysis / Data Science is non mandatory but would be a big boost
• Team Player with a good sense of urgency
• Good communications and listening skills are critical components of this job. Must be able to collaborate with development and infrastructure teams, business and principal
• Good Presentation Skill

• Gathering, validating and documenting technical and non-technical business requirements
• Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements
• Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts
• Creating functional specifications for solutions
• Collaborate with developers, programmers or others team related to user requirement
• Implementing and testing of solutions
• Supporting business transition and helping to establish change
• Simplifying information and deciphering technical jargon so it is easily understood by the whole team
• Providing User Guide for Clients
