Responsibilities- Manage department of SAP HCM and SAP Success Factors consultants
- Ensure and manage projects related to these solutions are completed as per plan
- Support the division in resolving tickets related to your solutions
- Assist the presales team in conducting demos and presentations to prospects
- Create proposals to be offered to clients
- Collaborate with other departments or divisions
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems or equivalent
- Proven experience in SAP HCM modules (OM, PA, TM, PY)
- Functional knowledge of SAP Solutions, particularly SAP HCM and SAP Success Factors
- Experience in leading and coaching colleagues
- Interest in technology and a strong desire to master new skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, manage multiple tasks, and work in a team
- Willingness to travel to client locations (up to 100%)
