The responsibilities include:

  • Align internally with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze marketing data, generate insights, and present actionable reports.
  • Develop customer acquisition strategies to achieve Ruangguru's acquisition goals using multiple paid platforms.
  • Lead digital campaign planning and execution, manage marketing budgets, and optimize for ROI and performance KPIs (CPL, CAC, ROAS, etc.).
  • Monitor performance across paid platforms such as Meta Ads, Tik Tok Ads, Google Ads (UAC, GDN, You Tube Ads, PMAX, SEM, Demand Gen), Twitter Ads, and E-Commerce Ads.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, creative research, and audience targeting.
  • Execute A/B testing to optimize the customer journey and increase conversion rates.
  • Manage and mentor a team of digital marketers (3 full-time, 1 freelance), collaborating with Product, Data, Sales, and Brand teams to align digital efforts with business objectives and implement necessary tools.
  • Responsible for managing various Ruangguru products such as Ruangbelajar, Brain Academy (both online and offline), Ruangguru Privat, and Skill Academy.
  • Handle ad hoc campaign requests from other teams, including HCCA, Akademia, Ruangguru for Business, and Impact.
  • Job requirements include:

  • 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, including 1–2 years in a lead role.
  • Proficiency in running ads on Meta, Tik Tok, Google (SEM, You Tube, PMAX), Twitter, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics (CPL, CAC, ROAS) and A/B testing.
  • Ability to analyze data and create clear, useful reports.
  • Experience leading and guiding a small marketing team.
  • Comfortable collaborating with Product, Sales, and Brand teams.
  • Ability to plan and execute effective marketing campaigns for multiple products.
