About The Role

You’ll lead the transformation of data into strategy for Dealls and Kantor Ku. As Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you’ll own key dashboards, drive analytical frameworks, and mentor junior analysts — turning raw data into insights that directly shape business, product, and growth decisions across the group.

This role is for someone who combines technical depth with business sense — equally comfortable writing complex SQL queries and presenting findings to leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Own and improve the data infrastructure for reporting and analytics across all business units.
• Lead the development of core dashboards (growth, retention, revenue, user funnel, cohort tracking, etc.).
• Partner with product, marketing, and commercial teams to define KPIs, measure success, and identify growth levers.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses to explain business performance, diagnose bottlenecks, and recommend actionable next steps.
• Standardize definitions of key metrics across teams to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Drive automation and self‑service analytics initiatives to make data accessible company‑wide.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or strategy.
• Strong command of SQL and data modeling.
• Experience designing and maintaining data pipelines or collaborating with data engineering teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills; strong ability to translate data into business context.
• Comfortable presenting to senior management and non‑technical audiences.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Bonus Points

• Experience in SaaS, HR tech, or marketplace environments.
• Familiarity with Python, R, or data automation frameworks.
• Exposure to financial or growth modeling.
