The Jabo Strategy and Planning team is the think tank and in‑house strategy overseeing overall P&L and improving growth across all verticals businesses including mobility and delivery verticals. Our main focus is on developing executable business strategies that align with our mission of serving the community.

You will own Grab Kios growth end to end—shape strategy, translate ideas into roadmaps, and deliver results; be hands‑on with data queries/analysis, solution design and execution, and cross‑functional alignment. You will report to S&P Grab Express and Grab Kios Manager and will be based onsite in Grab Jakarta office.

• Own channel strategy for Jabo Territory Grab Kios—set direction, portfolio mix, and growth across B2C, B2M, Dax Attribute, and Corporate Utilities.
• Turn data into decisions—query and analyze data, size opportunities, and prioritize initiatives that drive growth and efficiency.
• Lead the experimentation program—craft hypotheses, design and run A/B tests, and scale up validated variants.
• Collaborate with Vertical, Operations, and Marketing to accelerate product/feature launches, ensure readiness, and drive adoption.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, data analytics. Experience in Tech industry is an added value
• Minimum Bachelor's degree majoring in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field
• Experience with Excel (can perform complex functions) and SQL
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, ability to break down problems into actionable solutions, backed by data insights
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast paced environment
• Experience with adapting to different types of pace and changes
