Project Manager, IT Consultant, Systems Analyst

PT Rajawali Adikarya (RAK) is an IT Consulting & Services company that focuses in IT ERP & CPM Implementation, IT Software Development, Internet of Things (IoT) Services, Machine Automation Installation, and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Implementation, which aims to provide optimized Investment, Technology, and Quality in every consulting service and service that we provide to Customers.

RAK provides end-to-end solutions, including Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP), Corporate Performance Management (CPM) which includes Financial Consolidation Applications as well as Planning & Budgeting, Business Intelligent (BI), Human Capital Management (HCM), Software Implementation Services, Software Development, and Infrastructure.

RAK offers broad strategic services with professional and highly experienced resources and has an in-depth understanding of the best practices of most major business and its regulation in Indonesia. • Good educational background in any discipline, with minimum Bachelor degree
• Have at least 3 years experiences in Project Management field, specifically in ERP Software Implementation Project Management; or
• Have a minimum 6 years experiences in ERP Software Implementation project as a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst
• Fully aware of Project Management Objectives; understand & mastery of Project Management Methodology; and understand & familiar with PM Aspects, PM Tools, every Key Success Factor of an IT project.
• Having PMP or CAPM certification will be more considered
• Having strong communication skills, great leadership skills, excellent interpersonal skills, outstanding presentation skill, and having a good document/report writing skills.
• Have strong character, high integrity, professional, approachable, honest, having sound ethical values and able to involved in ‘hands dirty’ job if necessary.
• A team player, initiative & proactive, creative, and great working attitude with outgoing personality.
• Determination to follow through and complete the projects – to reach specified goals and do what is necessary to reach them
• Demonstrate the ability to be a self-stronger & main driving-force of a team
• An independent thinker with the aptitude to work autonomously.
• Accustomed to work under pressure and eager to accept new challenges & targets.
• Ability to think and act independently without extensive oversight; and take very specific direction as needed
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize accordingly
• Proven problem-solving ability including ability to determine the severity of an issue and if there is risk for re-occurrence
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment while remaining focused on quality and customer service.
• Understand and able to apply in both of normative and tactical approaches in different work situations & conditions.
• Passionate to solve practical problems in a quick and timely manner and interpret a variety of facts/data/information in a written or oral form.
• Have an experience of managing business changes in an ERP Implementation project, is more preferable.
• Ability to build strong business relationships with the Clients at all levels
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• This position will be appointed in Project Manager and/or Deputy Project Manager role in our various upcoming project
• This position to be stationed at our Jakarta and/or Sentul Office, and will require frequent travel to client project sites
