Wine Adore is looking for a passionate and hands-on HR Generalist to support our growing operations across multiple functions.

This role will focus on Talent Acquisition, assisting HR Operations, and managing HR Database, while collaborating with HR teams across Indonesia, Singapore, and the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition and coordinate with Hiring Managers across departments
• Maintain HR documents, contracts, trackers, and databases (employee lifecycle data)
• Support HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, attendance, and general admin
• Collaborate with the HRBP to improve internal systems and HR processes
• Contribute to internal reporting and compliance needs for the Indonesia office

• Based in Bali or willing to relocate to Bali
• 1–3 years of experience in HR Generalist, Talent Acquisition, or similar roles
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using spreadsheets, digital tools, or HR systems
• Proactive, accountable, and able to handle multiple tasks independently
• Open to grow into a broader HR role in the future
