Bethsaida Hospital International membuka kesempatan untuk posisi Human Capital dengan detail deskripsi dan kualifikasi sebagai berikut:
Melakukan kegiatan operasional Human Capital yang berkaitan dengan sistem informasi (HRIS), seperti melakukan input data karyawan baru maupun pengkinian data karyawan.
Membantu administrasi terkait proses payroll.
Melakukan proses administrasi BPJS, baik BPJS Kesehatan maupun BPJSTK.
Melakukan verifikasi data SISDMK untuk laporan ke dinas Kesehatan.
Mengelola employee kit untuk karyawan baru.
Persyaratan- Latar belakang pendidikan S1 Psikologi/Manajemen/Hukum.
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja di Hospital menjadi nilai tambah.
- Memiliki keterampilan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik.
