• Develop recruitment strategies to meet manpower needs across all business units.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering.
• Manage multiple recruitment channels (job portals, social media, referrals).
• Coordinate closely with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and timelines.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
• Conduct employer branding activities to strengthen the company’s presence in the market.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support improvements in recruitment systems, processes, and assessment tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of strong experience in end-to-end recruitment; experience in managerial or coordinator level is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and result-driven.
• Willing to travel or support recruitment activities across locations if needed.
