Performance ManagementMonitor performance metrics, analyze outcomes, and provide actionable improvement recommendations. Review monthly payroll data and conduct audits to ensure accuracy. Analyze compensation structures to support talent development, promotions, and role adjustments.
Employee RelationsEnsure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations. Handle labor disputes, tax filings, social security contributions, and legal risk mitigation.
Administrative ManagementLead administrative operations to maintain stable company workflows. Coordinate logistics, facilities management, and cross-departmental support.
Ad-hoc TasksAddress urgent assignments and contribute to organizational projects as required.
Qualifications- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of HR experience with expertise in 2–3 functional modules (e.g., recruitment, performance management or Payroll).
- Language & Communication: Fluent in English (written and spoken) for cross-cultural collaboration.
- Legal Knowledge: Thorough understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR regulatory frameworks.
- Professional Ethics: Strong confidentiality awareness and adherence to ethical standards.
- Skills: Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Innovative mindset with adaptability to dynamic business environments.
