Overview

• HRIS Management
  :
  Handling employee master data, leave credits, and attendance.
• Benefits Administration
  :
  Managing insurance, retirement, and other employee benefits within the system.
• Reporting
  :
  Generating accurate payroll, disbursement, and compliance reports for accounting and management.
• Data Accuracy
  :
  Maintaining error-free records, especially for financial and personal details.

• Often a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is preferred.
• Relevant experience in payroll, HR, or accounting is crucial, often requiring a mix of finance and HR knowledge.
• Strong in Tax (PPh 21).
• Proficiency with specific HRIS/Payroll software (ANDAL).
• Experience with time & attendance systems (biometrics, digital timesheets).
• Ability to manage data integration and generate bank file formats.
• Understanding of security protocols for sensitive employee data.
• Available to join immediately.
