Talent Manager, HR Manager, Employee Relations
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources professional with strong expertise in Recruitment, People Development, and Compensation & Benefits
. This role will play a strategic part in attracting top talent, developing people capabilities, and managing competitive and compliant compensation structures to support business growth.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
, including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and ensure timely fulfillment of talent requirements.
Develop and improve recruitment strategies, employer branding initiatives, and talent pipelines.
Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and hiring quality.
Design and implement people development programs
, including training needs analysis, learning & development initiatives, and career development plans.Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluation, and individual development plans (IDP).
Identify high-potential talents and support succession planning initiatives.
Collaborate with leaders to strengthen leadership capability and employee engagement.
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and procedures related to recruitment, development, and C&B.
Maintain accurate HR data, reports, and dashboards to support management decision-making.
Collaborate with other HR functions to ensure smooth HR operations and positive employee experience.
Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and compliance in all HR activities.
Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related fields
.Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with strong focus on Recruitment and People Development
.Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment for various positions and levels.
Strong understanding of learning & development
, performance management, and talent development practices.Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and provide strategic recommendations.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
