Role OverviewWe are looking for passionate, driven individuals who are ready to make their mark in the world of fashion. As part of our dynamic team, you’ll play a key part in helping us elevate everyday fashion.
What You’ll Do:- Coordinate training activities and document learning implementation.
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment
and selection (sourcing to onboarding). - Assist the performance management cycle
- Handle employer branding initiatives (culture, employee experience, and people‑related campaigns) with Internal Team (HR & Creative).
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business
, or related fields. - 2–3 years of experience in HR, especially in Talent Development, Learning, or People & Culture (experienced in Talent Acquisition would be a plus).
- Hands‑on experience in training coordination or development programs
. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort working with data.
