Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager at Oshom Bali, located in Tabanan. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee daily operations of the food and beverage services, ensure high-quality customer service, develop and implement training programs for staff, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. The role requires hands‑on leadership and a passion for delivering top‑tier dining experiences to hotel guests.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Food Service and Food & Beverage management
- Strong Customer Service skills and a commitment to exceptional guest experiences
- Experience in Training and development of staff
- Competence in Budgeting and cost management
- Excellent leadership abilities and organizational skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food service
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a similar field is preferred
- Experience in managing food and beverage operations in the hospitality industry is highly desirable
