Villa Operations Manager – Luxury Villas (Local/WNI, Bali)
We manage a portfolio of 15 luxury villas in Canggu (3) and Bingin (12), ranging from an ultra-luxury flagship villa to high-quality 1- and 2-bedroom villas for couples, families and Gen-Z travelers.

The Role
As Villa Operations Manager
, you are responsible for the full day-to-day operations of all villas. You ensure that villas, staff and suppliers perform according to high standards and that operational issues are resolved quickly and professionally.
This is a hands-on operational role with a strong focus on quality control, staff supervision and problem-solving
.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations & Quality Control
Oversee daily operations across all villas in Canggu and Bingin
Conduct regular quality inspections (cleanliness, maintenance, presentation)
Ensure consistent luxury standards across all villas
Immediately resolve operational issues and incidents
Staff Management
Supervise and manage housekeeping, pool and garden teams
Recruit, onboard and train local staff
Assign daily tasks, monitor performance and address issues
Maintain discipline and professional working standards
Guest Experience & Communication
Handle guest communication via Whats App, Airbnb and
Resolve guest complaints and service issues
Provide concierge services (transport, private chef, services)
Protect guest satisfaction and review scores
OTA & Pricing
Full operational management of Airbnb and including guest messaging
Calendar management
Pricing adjustments within guidelines
Handle booking changes, cancellations and issues
Maintenance & Suppliers
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance
Supervise pool, garden and technical maintenance
Liaise with suppliers and vendors
Request quotations and monitor costs
Health, Safety & SOPs
Ensure hygiene, safety and emergency procedures are followed
Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Cash & Cost Control
Monitor petty cash and operational expenses
Ensure transparent cost tracking
Prevent cash leakage and unauthorized commissions
Reporting
Weekly operational updates to the owners
Monthly summaries covering: quality, staff, maintenance, incidents and improvements
Requirements (Mandatory)
Indonesian nationality (WNI)
Minimum 5 years proven experience in villa, hotel or hospitality operations
Hands-on experience with Airbnb and (required) and Guesty
Proven experience managing staff teams
Very strong eye for detail and quality control
Practical, reliable and problem-solving mindset
Excellent English communication skills
Willing to work flexible hours when required
Based in Bali
