Mercure Bengkulu, we are hiring!

• Supervise and carry out the production of pastries, bread, bakery, cakes, desserts, chocolates, petit fours, ice cream and ensure that they comply with prescribed recipes and specifications
• Check and prepare the required mice‑en‑place according to orders
• To keep working area at all times in hygienic conditions according to the rules set by the hotel

• Must possess outstanding guest services skills and sophisticated communication skills
• Expertise in pastry techniques, chocolate work and bakery production, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role
• Prepare recipes of new items for costing and verify cost analysis of each dish
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
