PT. OMKARA NIRWANA INDONESIA is hiring a full‑time Front Office Receptionist in Lodtunduh, Bali. Join our team to provide exceptional service to our guests.

- Diperlukan 1 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan
- Pelamar harus memiliki KTP
- Gaji yang diinginkan:
Rp3,500,000 - Rp4,500,000 per bulan
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure
- Perform check‑in and check‑out procedures using the Property Management System (PMS)
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints via telephone, email, or Whats App efficiently and courteously
- Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness
- Promote the villa’s services, amenities, and upsell room categories when appropriate
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and process payments
- Answer incoming calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge about the hotel, local area, and services
- Handle VIP guests and special requests with discretion and attention to detail
- English proficiency in verbal and written communication skills is a must (other languages a plus)
- Experience working in the Front Office is a huge plus
- Familiarity with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, VHP, etc.) and the Microsoft Office suite is a huge plus
- Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor to excel in customer service with a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations
- Ability to handle multitasking and work under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree or hospitality education is a plus
- Friendly, confident, and helpful personality
- Attentive to detail and organized in documentation and communication
- Positive mindset and strong teamwork spirit
- Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
