PT. OMKARA NIRWANA INDONESIA is hiring a full‑time Front Office Receptionist in Lodtunduh, Bali. Join our team to provide exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure
  • Perform check‑in and check‑out procedures using the Property Management System (PMS)
  • Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints via telephone, email, or Whats App efficiently and courteously
  • Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness
  • Promote the villa’s services, amenities, and upsell room categories when appropriate
  • Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and process payments
  • Answer incoming calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge about the hotel, local area, and services
  • Handle VIP guests and special requests with discretion and attention to detail
Requirements
  • English proficiency in verbal and written communication skills is a must (other languages a plus)
  • Experience working in the Front Office is a huge plus
  • Familiarity with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, VHP, etc.) and the Microsoft Office suite is a huge plus
  • Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor to excel in customer service with a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations
  • Ability to handle multitasking and work under pressure
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree or hospitality education is a plus
