Patient Relations; Medical Doctor

Overview

The main function of this role is to handle patient and customer feedback, with a focus on health-related matters and service quality improvement. Providing accurate information, offering relevant services, and ensuring that concerns are resolved efficiently to improve patient or customer satisfaction. Coordinating with healthcare professionals and departments to ensure that any health-related concerns are appropriately addressed.

Requirements:

• Graduate of a Medical Doctor Profession Program (M.D. or equivalent)
• Fresh graduate with a strong interest in hospital management or a minimum of 2 years of experience in hospital management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented with the ability to handle complaints effectively
• Proficient in both oral and written English
• Skilled in computer usage
