Wine Adore is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Associate Intern to join our Finance & Operations team. This role is perfect for students or fresh graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in accounting within a fast-paced, growing company. You’ll work closely with our Finance team to ensure smooth and accurate financial operations while developing professional skills that can lead to future full-time opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recording, organizing, and maintaining financial transactions and documents
• Support monthly expense tracking, reconciliation, and reporting
• Help prepare invoices, purchase orders, and payment schedules
• Assist in reviewing and verifying expense claims
• Work with the Finance team to ensure compliance with internal policies
• Support ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks as required

• Indonesian citizen or permanent resident
• Final-year student or fresh graduate from Accounting, Finance, or related fields
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and MS Excel/Google Sheets
• Eager to learn, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) is a plus
• Gain practical accounting experience in a startup environment
