Finance Analyst Application Manager

Job Description:

Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of financial analysts.

FP&A Management:
Drive the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.

Build and maintain internal financial system and models, analyse financial statements, and deliver comprehensive financial reports and presentations.

Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic finance decisions.

Partner with various departments (especially IT) to assess performance, analyse financial data, and ensure financial strategies align with business objectives.

Maintain accuracy and integrity of financial data across systems, tools, and dashboards.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics
, or a related discipline with minimum GPA 3.00
.

5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Experienced in managing internal finance systems and other application projects, with a strong understanding of IT cost structures in financial technology development.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
