Cost Control Superintendent

Overview

Manage and monitor spending to ensure that spending follows the plan, supports business objectives, stays within budget settlement (WBS, GL) and correct cost allocation. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly cost reports.

• Control the spending of allocated budget within the determined financial period.
• Control Capex spending based on economic analysis.
• Perform cost review, reporting and analysis on daily, weekly, monthly and annual bases against the allocated budget, and provide recommendations based on analysis and review results.
• Prepare Accident Damage Reconciliation reports on a monthly basis.
• Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibilities, including the SHE Management System, to ensure program effectiveness, conformity to standards and procedures, and execution of SHE responsibilities to meet intended outcomes; targets include SHE risk maintenance, Target Zero LTI, and compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP requirements.

Bachelor s Degree of Engineering

• Min. 7 years experience as cost controller, scheduler, or project control.
• Knowledge of best practices in Project Administration with strong communication, organizational and management skills.
• Ability to operate computers and other office facilities.
• Determine the requirements for Project Control.
• Detail-oriented while able to see the “big picture,” with analytical thinking and creativity.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the position.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage.
