Kandidat ideal memiliki pendidikan minimal S1 Akuntansi, pengalaman 3–5 tahun di finance & accounting, serta keterampilan analisis dan komunikasi yang kuat. Tanggung jawab mencakup pengelolaan laporan keuangan, kontrol arus kas, dan kepatuhan terhadap standar akuntansi. Penempatan di Aceh dan harus bersedia untuk audit serta pelaporan pajak.
