Relationship Manager Lending - Bank Luna

Responsibilities

• Develop the target market for commercial SMEs in Jabodends (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi).
• Process credit from search, analysis, to managing customers (end‑to‑end process).
• Negotiate and lead high‑impact strategic partnerships.
• Manage all managed portfolios, maintain good relations, provide the best quality services, and deliver adequate product information to customers.
• Maintain the monthly target for every portfolio.

• Minimum education D3 (all majors).
• Mastery of the lending market in Jabodetabek.
• 3–5 years of experience as an RM lending in banking or financial services.
• Experience in client acquisition and portfolio growth.
• Target‑oriented and has strong willingness to develop a career.
• Owns a vehicle and holds a driver’s license.
