Cost Execution

Responsibilities

• Support the costing team in analyzing and executing cost structures for shoe production.
• Assist in preparing cost breakdowns based on design specifications and materials.
• Coordinate with product development, purchasing, and production departments to gather cost-related data.
• Monitor changes in material prices and production processes that affect overall costs.
• Ensure cost sheets are updated and submitted on time for buyer approvals and internal reporting.
• Maintain accurate records of costing files, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and cost history.
• Participate in cost-reduction initiatives and continuous improvement processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience as a costing staff in the shoe manufacturing industry is a plus (fresh graduates with related skills are welcome to apply).
• Familiar with computing number calculation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and costing software/tools.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and hardworking.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
