Ser : Accounts Payable Administrator

SER are hiring:
Accounts Payable Administrator for S.E. Rentals. This role is based at the Head Office in St Leonards, NSW. The company is a long-established Australian Financial Services firm serving new and existing clients and vendors in the asset and equipment finance sector. This is a newly created role to support the Bill & Collect payment function, offering the flexibility of a 5-hour work day.

• Daily preparation of payments for the Bill & Collect function, including preparing all rentals, service and collection fees, payouts and refund payments
• Distribute funds to funders and vendors
• Provide accurate and timely payment processing and ad hoc support to Accounts Receivable Administration for internal and external payment inquiries

• Experience in higher-level accounting and a strong understanding of accurate and timely distribution of third-party funds
• Team player with ability to investigate internal and external inquiries around fund distribution
• Strong knowledge of accounting processes, exceptional attention to detail, and reliability
