Contract Manager

• Manage, monitor, and evaluate in preparation and implementation Project Execution Plan, from identify project plans and proposals to review and analyze project progress
• Ensuring all documentations and specifications, both internal and external, are conform to Company's standard and procedures.

Assists in preparation and implementation of PEP (Project Execution Plan). PEP (Project Execution Plan) is successfully implemented.

Prepare and distribute a description and timeline of the project; calculates time frames and sequences the stages of the project Description and timeline of the project; calculates time frames and sequences the stages of the project are provided successfully.

Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications. The projects are all in compliance.

Maintain a TQ status report to track all TQ's. All TQs are maintained and tracked.

Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained.

• SHE Management System meets the current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements

Bachelor's Degree of Engineering

• Min. 15years experiences in cost control and contract administration.
• Understand basic Mining, Oil & Gas and EPCcost concept, activity based costing and cost accounting.
• Understand basic Mining, Oil & Gas aproduction nd EPC business process.
• Ability to operate computer and other office facilities.
• Vendor/suppliers/subcontractors meetings and visits.
• Possess strong analytical thinking skill.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage.
• Requires traveling to Project Site as required.
