- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the industrial automation sector, focusing on PLC, SCADA, and control system solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct product presentations, technical demonstrations, and site visits to understand client requirements.
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and project cost estimations in coordination with the engineering team.
- Collaborate with design and project engineers to provide accurate technical solutions based on customer needs.
- Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals effectively.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in industrial automation.
- Provide post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnership.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, seminars, and technical events related to automation systems.
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Sales Engineer on Automation/Electrical.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Physics and/or Instrumentation) from a reputable university.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver results consistently.
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Results‑driven with the ability to focus on achieving set objectives and goals.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
- Willingness to travel.
