Estimating Superintendent

• Monitor and manage end-to-end process of estimation across all disciplines and ensure all estimates are built up in accurate, reliable, and systematically conform to Company's procedures.

Developing and estimating business processes, norms, and databases, and ensure its applicability at the project level. All databases are developed and applied.

Determines the scope of work and contents of the project estimate by preparing a list of bid quantities and items. Lists are prepared and SoW are determined.

Perform evaluation of bids and provide the pricing in a timely manner Bids and pricing are evaluated in timely manner.

Lead and manages estimate preparation and submission, include conceptualize layouts for the project and review all estimates before they are being submitted. All preparation processes are managed.

Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained

- SHE Management System meets the current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements

Bachelor's Degree of Finance or Accounting

• Min. 7 years working experiences as an Estimator, with min. 2 years or more completed projects involve as Senior Estimator.
• Have advanced knowledge of Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Estimating concept.
• Strong background in technical aspect of project site supervision, technical standard, method of work, calculation, and preferably also in design work.
• Computer Literate (Ms. Office), MS Project, preferably also AutoCAD, Primavera (Optional).
• Capable to use limited time and resources to comply time schedule, working effectively.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage.
