** Responsibilities:
** You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:
* Maintenance & Service:
Perform preventative maintenance (e.g., oil changes, filter replacements) and routine inspections to ensure equipment longevity and safety.
* Troubleshooting & Repair:
Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults, such as, in air end, oil separator, motors, controls, and refrigeration circuits, etc., and execute necessary repairs.
* Installation:
Install, start up, and commission of refurbished of air/ammonia compressor units, dryers, and NGP.
* Review of mechanical deliverables including the selection of equipment from vendors and vendor data.
* Technical Support:
Provide expert advice to customers and internal teams regarding system performance, energy efficiency, and operational issues.
* Documentation:
Maintain accurate service records, documentation, and reports using company systems.
* Participating in design scheduled design reviews and reviewing and commenting on constructability, modularization and participating in execution planning.
* Reviewing and commenting of quantities, costs and prices of the equipment and the works, with a focus on cost efficiency to meet required cost targets.
* Participating in commissioning & start-up planning and reviewing and commenting of commissioning deliverables of new equipment.

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering,or a related technical field. Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and commissioning of air and/or ammonia compressor systems, dryers, and related equipment.
* Proven experience in preventive maintenance programs and routine equipment inspections.
* Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including air ends, oil separators, motors, control systems, and refrigeration circuits.
* Willing to relocate to Dumai, Riau.
