Project Engineer HDD - Pipeline Onshore

We are Hiring Project Based for Project Engineer - Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) Pipeline Onshore Responsibilities

• Ensure successful delivery of HDD and Onshore Pipeline scope from Contractor to Offshore EPCI Contractor, including FO cable and civil/structural works.
• Manage and coordinate all tie-ins to existing facilities in compliance with Upstream Control of Work and Brownfield Charter requirements.
• Oversee all interfaces between Onshore Pipeline Contractor and Offshore EPCI Contractor.
• Support the Job Representative function and assist the Project Lead (PL) in managing cross-disciplinary pipeline delivery activities.
• Maintain and update the Project Execution Plan (PEP) as required.
• Lead risk identification and mitigation planning.
• Ensure timely submission and approval of Technical Queries (TQ) and Deviation Requests.
• Monitor procurement, progress, and detailed schedules to ensure full scope coverage and planned performance.
• Escalate potential cost and schedule impacts to the PL.
• Participate in engineering reviews, HAZOP, and risk workshops.
• Ensure proper documentation of meetings and deputize for the PL when required.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Pipeline, or related discipline)
• Minimum 20 years of construction and project management experience, including at least 10 years in a Project Engineer - HDD Pipeline Onshore
• Experience working on brownfield and interface management with offshore EPCI contractors and also experienced in managing multidisciplinary teams within complex project environments.
• Strong understanding of HSSE management, risk assessment, and safety leadership
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across multicultural teams
