- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or other relevant disciplines.
- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, Solid Works, and other related tools.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Good understanding of aluminium materials and product development processes.
- Strong capability in market trend research, product analysis, and data analytical skill.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and able to prepare reports and presentations.
- Take responsibility for assigned tasks within the Product Development Division.
- Prepare and maintain production standard documents as references for manufacturing processes.
- Perform product design strength calculations and technical evaluations.
- Design and develop new products using CAD software.
- Conduct product quality testing to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Support market research activities during the product development process.
