Location: South Tangerang
Network Operation & Maintenance (NOM) Manager
Manage daily operations of Data Centre and the broadband network (OLT, ONT, backbone, metro ethernet, access networks, IP/MPLS, and transmission).
Lead NOC monitoring, incident handling 24/7, and preventive/corrective maintenance.
Supervise Technical Support & Field Support teams (escalations, troubleshooting, on-site maintenance).
Develop preventive & corrective maintenance programs to ensure network reliability.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement long‑term solutions for network issues.
Lead and mentor a team of engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
Monitor KPIs (uptime, latency, utilization) and ensure SLA & QoS standards.
Plan capacity upgrades, network expansion, technology upgrades (FTTH, GPON/XGS‑PON, IP/MPLS), and disaster recovery readiness.
Manage vendors, contractors, and coordinate with internal departments.
Report on network performance, outages, and maintenance activities.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in network operations & maintenance, with at least 3 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
- Strong technical knowledge of fixed broadband technologies (FTTH, GPON/XGS‑PON, IP/MPLS, Metro Ethernet, DWDM).
- For Electrical Engineering background: knowledge of power systems (UPS, rectifiers, batteries, grounding systems) for telecom sites.
- Experience with fiber optic cabling, splicing, and testing tools (OTDR, power meter, fusion splicer).
- Understanding of network equipment power requirements, cooling, and energy efficiency.
- Skills in designing and maintaining electrical infrastructure supporting broadband networks.
- Hands‑on experience with NOC tools and OSS/BSS platforms (Nagios, Zabbix, Solar Winds, etc.).
- Proven ability in incident management, problem solving, and performance optimization.
- Strong leadership, problem‑solving, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Willing to work in a 24/7 operational environment and manage on‑call rotations.
- Willing to travel to sites/remote sites for job‑related purposes.
