TRIPATRA is looking PLANNING ENGINEER for project based agreement.

JOB DESCRIPTION S :

• Understand project scope, contracts, tasks, and timeline across engineering, procurement, and construction.
• Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for tracking progress, scheduling, and costs.
• Coordinate milestone dates and ensure proper scheduling including track schedule issues, report delays, and suggest solutions.
• Review and Monitor progress in all areas like engineering, fabrication, and construction.
• Identify and address gaps between planned and actual progress.
• Perform risk analysis for project completion and alternatives.
• Implement monitoring processes like KPIs, earned value, and resource tracking.
• Analyze changes and assess risks, costs, and delays.
• Maintain communication with the project team, client, and PMO.

• Min. Bachelor degree in Engineering or Related Major
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Planning & Schedulling Engineer
• Having experience in planning, scheduling, or project control within oil & gas, fabrication/yard, EPC, or construction project.
• Have knowledge of project engineering practices,design details, international codes & standards, procedures, and specifications.
• Experience in developing procurement / contracting strategy and plan especially for brownfield/revamp project.
• Project management or planning tool certification (e.g., PMP, Primavera P6).
