Project Manager

Responsibilities- Lead and manage multiple automation projects (AMR, robotics, conveyors, packaging systems, software integration)
- Establish and enforce standardized project management processes, tools, and documentation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Pre-Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Site & Service)
- Manage project scope, schedule, cost, risks, and quality
- Act as the main escalation point for project issues and customer concerns
- Oversee FAT, SAT, commissioning, and handover processes
- Ensure proper documentation, lessons learned, and project closure reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Automation) or equivalent
- Minimum 8–10 years experience in industrial project management
- At least 3–5 years leading automation or system integration projects
- Experience in AMR, robotics, conveyors, packaging machines, or industrial automation is highly preferred
