- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse groups of learners
- Flexibility, creativity, and a passion for lifelong learning.
- Fosterning an iclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Proficiency in using hand tools (saws, chisels, etc.), power tools (drills, sanders, etc.)
- Proficiency in metal cutting, shaping and joining (welding, soldering, brazing).
- Creating and implementing workshop.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English; and able to teach subject in English
